- 1 pound broccoli cut into pieces
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded chedder cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- Steam broccoli till tender
- Transfer to blender or bowl to use a stick blender
- Add milk and cheese
- Blend till thick and creamy
- Top with more cheese if desired
- Serve
- You can add in more cooked broccoli after blending.
