Beefsteak Tomato

Indeterminate.   Originally all large beefy type tomatoes were called Beefsteak and still is used to describe that type.  This variety never change its name.  These are large heavy fruits weighing up to 1-2lbs.  Bright red and very meaty and juicy, great slicing tomato with a rich acidic tomato flavor.  Put in a handful of bone and blood meal when planting or something compatible to help ensure healthy plants to nourish the large tomatoes.  A real tomato lovers tomato.
