Thai “Dragon” Pepper

$3.75

Caspicum annuum

Peppers from Thailand used in many Asian dishes.  The main pepper used in General Tso chicken and many more!  These small, average 3″ long thin peppers are very hot.  I’d say as hot as habanero peppers.  I dry them and make pepper flakes, pickle them for long keeping or cut up small and use fresh.  They are also good to freeze and used later.  Hot peppers love the heat so they make a great late summer crop.
