Phaseolus vulgaris
Rare yellow pod with black seeds variety. Dwarf bush type from Venice Italy. Flat pods light yellow pods about 4″ long. These are delicious and mild when picked thin. Let them fill out and they are perfect for stewing. I love them stewed with tomatoes and fresh herbs. Also exceptional in bean salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Grow spring and fall. Ready 55-60 days from seed
