- 10 ¼” Slices of tomato
- 10 ¼” Slices of mozzarella cheese
- 4 Basil leaves roughly chopped
- 2tbls Balsamic Vinegar
- 2tbls Extra Virgin Olive oil
- Teaspoon chopped oregano (optional)
- Arrange tomato slices on plate. Lay mozzarella on tomato slices. Ad
- basil and oregano. Drizzzle with balsamic and olive oil. Serve.
