Description
(Phaseolus vulgaris )
1500 Year old very rare beans! I thought when i grew my yard long beans that were 11 years old, that was a big deal. These beans were found in a clay pot in a cave in Mexico and dated 1500 years back when carbon tested! And obviously they grew! Vigorous vines need trellising and are highly productive. Can be eaten young and green or wait till dry and use as dry beans. Rumored to be the best pot of beans ever! Germination 75-80°. Space 6” apart on trellis. Grow spring and fall in the south. These grow well into the summer. Beautiful white/ maroon molted beans are a must in collections!
Ready 95-100 days.
