Medium to slow bolting. Moderately tolerant of heat. 10-12″ upright heads. Most nutritious type of lettuce. Leave 2″ of head when harvesting and it will grow again! Prefers some shade especially in warmer temperatures. Prefers cooler weather. Lettuce can be planted out in most of Florida Feb. – April and Sept. – mid Nov.
