Seed packs may be returned within 30 days of purchase if:

• They are unopened
• They are undamaged

Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price excluding original shipping charges once items are received.

• A description of the issue
• Photos (if possible)
• Your order number

Because seeds are living agricultural products, growing success depends on many environmental factors. We review concerns individually and aim to treat customers fairly.
